This Privacy Policy explains how Bodot Technology (“Bodot”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with MatterFit, our AI virtual try-on technology. Last updated: September 1, 2026.

This policy applies to the MatterFit website and to MatterFit experiences that link to this policy. MatterFit is an AI fashion technology product developed by Bodot Technology. It is not an e-commerce marketplace.
2. Information we may collect
The public MatterFit website is designed to be used without creating an account. If you contact us, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and message. If a MatterFit experience asks for images, body-related inputs, or garment information, we will identify the purpose at the point of collection.
3. Image and virtual try-on processing
MatterFit may process user-provided images and related inputs to generate or improve a virtual try-on experience. We use these inputs only to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the requested functionality, subject to applicable law and any consent presented in the experience. We do not use images for unrelated advertising purposes.
4. How we use information
We may use information to operate and improve MatterFit, respond to communications, protect service security, comply with legal obligations, and enforce relevant terms. We do not sell personal information.
5. Data protection
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
